Learn to Row Group Clinic
Indoor sessions at the boat barn: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, April 13, 14, 15. (Note: these are the correct dates. There was a date error on the flyer). ARC boathouse from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Prospective members should attend all 3 sessions if possible.

The boat barn is located on the left side of Emigrant Lake road just before Emigrant Lake dam, at the crest of the hill. Park in the parking lot below the dam, not in the boat barn driveway, and not on the side of the road (where you are likely to get a parking ticket).

Bring water and come dressed to exercise, and if you have one available, bring a cushion or low chair to sit on.

Lake Sessions: Supervised rowing on Emigrant Lake April 17, 24 & 25 from 10-12 a.m. Participants should plan to attend two out of the three lake sessions.

Clinic attendees will be guaranteed a seat for at least two out of these three days.  Park in the lot at the entrance to Emigrant Lake. Arrive 15 minutes early, allowing time to walk from your parking spot to the outdoor boat racks.

For the lake sessions, wear or bring:

• polypro, wool or fleece snug-fitting layers (as the weather requires) You may find that you will be cold if you wear cotton.
• a hat or headband
• sunscreen
• old shoes you can easily pull off and leave on the dock before getting into the boat.
  

Mail-in preregistration is now open for this clinic.  Space is limited.  Please fill out the following forms and mail with your $80 check (payable to ARC) to the following address by April 10.

OR:   Fill out the following forms (in the Attachments below) and bring your $80 check (payable to ARC) with you on the first night of the clinic.
